Shipping and Order Processing

GeckoSkins.biz offers FREE GROUND shipping on all orders shipped UPS ground in the continental United States.

Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Air. Shipping prices are determined by method of shipping (ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) and the number of skins. Packaging and handling costs are included.

Orders are generally shipped in 5 business days from reciept of order unless an item is out of stock. We will attempt to notify the customer via email if an item is out of stock or will otherwise be delayed.

Sales Tax

GeckoSkins.biz collects 6% sales tax for orders shipped to Vermont. We collect an additional 1% sales tax for orders shipped to Burlington, South Burlington, Williston, Dover, Manchester and Stratton, Vermont. If this additional tax does not show on your order, we will add it to your credit card charge. If you have a question about this please call. We do not charge sales tax for any other states.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to GeckoSkins.biz. We do, of course, ask you for some personal information in order to provide you with services you request. However all personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. We will not sell or rent your personal information.

Return Policy

We will replace skins free of charge that have a weakness from the manufacturing process (see warranty information). Please call for details 1-800-451-3537

Please measure carefully. In the event that you have mismeasured, and would like to exchange your Gecko Skins for a different size (which is instock), please call customer service 1-800-451-3537.
